the Municipal Day Nursery in Vigevano
This day nursery situated in Vigevano, a small town not far from our school, is the first Italian experience of a modern day nursery for municipal employees.

This day nursery, called "Pollicino", is on the ground floor of Municipal Building, in the historic centre of Vigevano.

Pollicino2 The rooms are also equipped with small webcams in order to connect children with their parents working in the Municipal offices.
Pollicino3 This experience aims at encouraging a better and positive relation between the working place and family needs, especially for women; moreover, it helps mothers to look after their children while working.
Our project will include a visit to this innovative day nursery next year.
