
The
municipal infant-toddler centers and preschools
of Reggio Emilia are internationally recognized and
all aorund the world there are collaboration
projects, schools or institutions linked to them;
in many of these places "The Hundred Languages of
Children" Exhibit has been touring for nearly
twenty years.
Recently, on
November 11th, 2004, the English
newspaper The Guardian published an
important article entitled "Lessons
from Reggio Emila": "When a child is
treated as an active participant in its own care,
instead of an empty vessel,
it is given the strongest foundation for
life"
