Students come to Australia to study from over one hundred countries around the world.

There are international students studying in every sector of the Australian education and training system - schools, English language, vocational education and training and university.
They enrol in a diverse range of courses from secretarial studies to post graduate studies in marine biology.
They live and study in the safe, friendly, multicultural environment that Australia provides.

And they are happy to talk about it.
For example:"A Japanese student topped off her two-year TAFE diploma course by winning a major furniture design award in Melbourne. Tomoko Kazama discovered the furniture course at Box Hill TAFE while on holiday in Australia. When she returns home, Tomoko intends to continue making furniture with a unique blend of Japanese and Australian design influences."

Studying for one degree in Australia was not enough for Shingo Ishikawa - he’s stayed on to do another one. Shingo, from Japan, has completed a Bachelor of Fine Arts at The University of Southern Queensland in Toowoomba in 1997 and is now undertaking another in Conservation of Cultural Materials at the University of Canberra.

Infact we have to admit that ther's a deep feeling between Asia and Australia.

But for everybody there are many possibilities to study in Australia, for example, many students who come to Australia to study stay with Australian families. The Homestay program is popular with younger students and those studying short-term English courses.
